Information we collect

We process registration details such as your name and email address; linked platform identifiers and public profile, channel or community details; OAuth access credentials; listings, points and verified action history; and limited security and diagnostic logs. We never receive or store your Google or Telegram password.

How we use information

We use data to create and secure your account, connect the platform you request, display eligible communities and content, verify actions, operate listings and points, send verification or password-reset emails, prevent duplicate rewards and abuse, and meet legal obligations.

Google and YouTube user data

Google user data is used only to provide the user-facing YouTube connection and verification features you request. It is not sold, used for advertising or transferred for unrelated purposes. NetworkFollow's use of information received from Google APIs complies with the Google API Services User Data Policy, including the Limited Use requirements.

Sharing and service providers

Data is shared only when required to provide the service: with Google/YouTube and Telegram for requested platform operations, Brevo for transactional email, hosting and security providers, or competent authorities when legally required. We do not sell personal data.

Retention, disconnection and deletion

Disconnecting a platform removes its active access credentials and ends affected active listings according to the displayed rules. Platform identity binding, completion records, point movements and anti-fraud records may be retained to prevent a social account from earning the same reward through another NetworkFollow account and to preserve service integrity. You may request deletion of data that is not required for security, accounting or legal purposes.

Security and your choices

We apply access controls, protected credentials and operational safeguards. You can disconnect connected accounts from their workspace and request access, correction or deletion of eligible personal data. No internet service can guarantee absolute security.

Children, changes and contact
